ارائه الگوی اسلامی کامیابی در کار براساس قرآن، کتب روایی و بیانات مقام معظم رهبری | ||

| چکیده | ||
| کامیابی در کار، انرژیبخش و توانمندکننده برای انجام بهتر کار است. در متون اسلامی ریشههای کامیابی در کار قدمتی طولانی دارد، اما چند سالی است که در متون پژوهشی غربی بدان توجه شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه الگوی اسلامی عوامل کامیابی در کار، براساس متون دینی شامل قرآن، کتب روایی و بیانات رهبر معظم انقلاب است. روش پژوهش، کیفی و از نوع تحلیل محتوا است. مدیریت دادهها با نرمافزار MAXQDA-11 انجام شده است. براساس پژوهش، پنج کد هستهای کامیابی در کار عبارتاند از: عمل خوب، علمآموزی، ارزشگذاری به زمان، تلاش و کوشش، پایداری و استقامت در مسیر اهداف. دو کد هستهای متون پژوهشی غربی، یادگیری و سرزندگی است. با توجه به اینکه کدهای متون پژوهشی غربی زیرمجموعهای از دو کد هستهای علمآموزی و تلاش و کوشش هستند، در این کدها قابل ادغام می‌باشند. بر این اساس، الگوی اسلامی عوامل کامیابی در کار ارائه می‌شود. | ||
